Remote Nutritional Support at LeMay Chiropractic & Wellness

We understand that, due to busy schedules, many people don’t eat as well as they should. That’s why we want to help through our remote nutritional support. Whether you live in another part of California or another nation, like Canada, Dr. LeMay offers nutritional counseling over the phone or a Zoom video call. We refer to it as Nutritional Care Anywhere!

The Preliminary Process

We will get your basic contact information and send you some forms to complete online. To allow Dr. LeMay several days to study your information, we will schedule your first appointment at least two business days later. We believe that doing things this way is much more efficient for patients. Evaluation will need to be paid at time of booking.

What to Expect at Your Appointments

The Initial Visit
Dr. LeMay will review your paperwork and discuss your medical history. Your responses will be broken down into the different systems of the body. Based on your results, he’ll go over the top three to work on. For example, these could be digestive issues, liver/gallbladder issues and sugar handling issues.

The Second Visit (Report of Findings)
At this appointment, Dr. LeMay will discuss expectations for your program. It’s not a quick fix or about simply taking a vitamin or supplement. Like losing anything valuable, recovering your health takes time, money and effort.

Dr. LeMay will review your results with you and tell you what level (1, 2 or 3) you are at presently. A person who is at a Level 1 may have a mild condition (e.g., digestion or blood sugar issues); those who are at a Level 2 have moderate health challenges (e.g., adrenal fatigue, leaky gut, or hepatitis); and individuals who are at a Level 3 have a serious condition (e.g., kidney/liver failure, congestive heart failure, stroke, or cancer). We can address all levels through nutritional support.

Hope for Healing

There is hope for healing, as long as you’re willing to do the work. Dr. LeMay will provide you with an effective game plan that produces positive changes over time.

Your Homework

You will be set up with weekly appointments for the first four weeks with Dr. LeMay. Your homework includes keeping a food diary log for those initial four weeks. You’ll write down everything you’re eating, drinking and how you’re pooping. He’ll also recommend dietary changes that you’ll be expected to implement. Dr. LeMay also will ask you about you’re sleeping at night, as that’s when your body heals and resets the nervous system.

Can You Commit?

“If by week three a patient isn’t willing to make changes they’re wasting their time and money,” he says. “I don’t want that to happen. My goal is to get them the results that they want as quickly as possible. But I can’t do it alone, this is a team effort.”
