vegetables-752153_1920 Finally! My own (little) piece of this website!  But it’s not going to be about me. It’s about what I’ve learned from failing enough times in the kitchen that something finally worked and now it’s safe to share with you!  But that doesn’t mean my learning (and failing) ever ends. I hope to hear back from you on what’s worked, and not worked, so that these recipes keep evolving and getting better. If you really want to learn more about me, then click here.  Otherwise, let’s get cookin’!! NOTE: Even though I’ve “categorized” the recipes below, that does NOT mean I, nor you, should feel like we can only have those meals at those “designated” times of the day. One thing I learned is that food is food and you can have it at any time of the day, preferably when you’re hungry, of course. That being said, if you feel like having scrambled eggs for dinner, go for it! Hot day in Sacramento? A cold smoothie for dinner might be best. Bottom line is that you can make healthy, balanced food choices at every meal. I hope these recipes help.
