What to Expect
IN-OFFICE GROUP PROGRAM
We start with a Pre-Purification Assessment. There are Check-in visits once a week as a group. It’s fun and we get to learn from each other. The last meeting is a potluck and we’ll do a Post-Purification Assessment and give you instructions on what to do next and how to reintroduce certain foods back into your diet.
OUT-OF-OFFICE INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM
We start with a Pre-Purification Assessment. There are Check-in visits via phone call once a week. At Day 22 we’ll do a Post-Purification Assessment and give you instructions on what to do next and how to reintroduce certain foods back into your diet.
